Project Description • Requirements: • Family oriented entertainment • Scenic over look of the bayou • Ample parking space • Scenic park, entertainment, and fitness options • Generate enough revenue to pay back construction costs • Details: • 2.5 acres • Previously served as two parking lots • Bounded by Commerce Street, La Branch Street, and Caroline Street • Flood plain for the Buffalo Bayou

Foundation and Structural Plans • Foundation: • Due to the previous status of the site being a parking lot, the foundation has already been constructed with concrete. • The parking lot will remain as the building will expand upward. • Structural : • Entire structural plan will be based on concrete. • Concrete beams: 5 – 10 ft. • Concrete girders: 10 - 25 ft. • Concrete columns: 20 - 25 ft.
