Lessons Learnt • Both the actors in Skill Development and the labour market need to see the direct benefits of cooperation. • Methodologies on action-oriented labour market research are key. • Methodologies of tracing and interviewing graduates have to be simple and “to the point”. • Impact monitoring of Skill Development programmes plays a pivotal role in maintaining links to the labour market.
