  3. Install injection points using geoprobe or hollow stem augur

  4. Down well “0.010” slotted screen with 12” Sump (used for oxygen dispersion)

  5. Trench to injection well location and termination vault

  6. Determine height of well head assembly (Note: Shallow depth of O2 tubing installation & connection to injection point)

  7. Injection point & tubing connection: Below tubing connection pvc riser is ¾ “ diameter; Above connection bush up to 1” diameter (for more work space)

  8. ¾ “ diameter HDPE tubing delivers oxygen to injection wells

  9. Low Sump Mortar (Flowable Fill)

  10. Site Restoration

  11. Termination Vault Setup

  12. Termination vault: Finish with poured concrete and hose/clamp fittings

  13. Secure trailer over termination vault. Inside tubing routed thru trailer floor. Tubing connects via quick connect fittings inside termination vault.
