  1. Dear Client, • Pet Keyhole Surgery • New Era Veterinary Hospital may soon be investing in the skills and equipment to allow us to provide keyhole surgery. This would allow us to spay bitches from 5 months of age. The advantages of this procedure are: • Reduced chance of Post Op complication e.g from wounds being licked. • Minimal invasive surgery with much less Post Op pain. • Two small incisions for the procedure • No Stitches • Reduced time in surgery • Return to exercise quicker Disadvantages: • The bitch would be clipped on the side and underneath the belly. • Key hole surgery would be roughly £150 more than a standard spay.
