About the Initiative • The Department of Urban Local Bodies, Haryana has taken an initiative to build a Comprehensive Database of all the employees working in various municipalities in the State. • In this regard, the Sanctioned, Filled Up and Vacant Posts were sought from the municipalities and the same has been incorporated in the HRMS System of the department. • Roadmap: To facilitate Online Transfers/ Postings Facilitating Employees Employees Portal

  3. How to access the HRMS on the Net • The HRMS system has been made available at the URL http://mis.ulbhry.org • Each municipality has been provided with a User Login and Password for the HRMS • Only the users belonging to the municipalities can access the system using their login and password.
