Unedited: This contains: • what for? • the angle of photograph? • Basic info (ISO)? • And why that type of lighting?
Princess peach (Good): This image is for a split face of is princess peach evil article to be put on the front cover. The angle I choose is model like so the two pictures could line up easier. I use rembam lighting to give an inresent, kind look to her.
Princess Peach (Evil): This image is for a split face of is princess peach evil article to be put on the front cover. The angle I choose is model like so the two pictures could line up easier. I use horror lighting to give her the sinister look.
Herobrine's creator: This creepy image is used for one of the mini news on the double page spread on the left hand side of the page. The camera aimed at head high but his body at a angle the reader may feel a little uneasy but not with the lighting I used indoor lighting to make it look like an interview in an office.
Best Minecraft Player: This is for another mini news article I used a model angle face on, with rembram Lighting to bring out the smug look on the subjects face.
Minecraft Owner: This is also a mini news article but this on was angled to look at his side with a quizzical look at the game company he now owns. The lighting the same as the rest is remberam lighting to reduce shadows.
Megan’ Geeky Goodies: This is for the front cover of the magazine for one of the article pictures, the angle is striate on again (model shot), but I changed the light to butterfly lighting to try and get the right effect.
Flappy Birds Cake Pops: This is also for “Megan's Geeky Goodies” the angle I did slightly down will the product looking up with natural window light hitting the top of them.
Front Cover: This is the big picture with is selling the magazine, with the angle being on the side of the model I get a clear view of him and the block with the long striate wall. The lighting used is skylight the perfect lighting for this type of game.
Pokémon Z 1: This is for the article “Pokémon Z” this was going I took this upper leg level to get down to a “Pokémon's” level of view then edit in the Pokémon. The light was skylight smooth and clear.
Pokémon Z 2: This is like the other article “Pokémon Z” this was going I took at upper leg level to get down to a “Pokémon's” view then edit in the Pokémon. The light was skylight smooth and clear.
Edited: • What it’s used for? • Why did I edit? • What information does it provide? • And how did I edit?
Princess Peach (Split): It is used for the evil princess peach article on the front cover. I edited these two images together to get the message across that peach may be evil, I did this by having on as the background layer then cropped the next layer in half to line up with the other.
Herobrine’s Creator: • This is used for a mini news on Herobrine's creator, on the double page spread. All I did for this was use the erase tool to remove his eyes, this was done for comedy effect not for a meaning.
Best Minecraft Player: This is for another one of my mini news of the best Minecraft player. All I did here was burn tool his hair, tie, controller and game to anhans the colours. With the models face and light editing gives him a cocey/ arigent look .
Minecraft Owner This is for another mini news, the new owner of minecraft. I darkened his hair, suit and game to make him stand out from the background and with the inquisitive look on his face, he looks like a man with a plan.
Megan’s Geeky Goodies: Megan’s Geeky Goodies is a article in the magazine published on the front cover. this on I increased the contrast and removed the background completely as the shadows distracted from the subject.
Pokémon Z: This is used for a front page article “Pokémon Z” I edited this as there are no Pokémon in the real world. So I had to create one, this gives a visual reprentaion on the subject. I first draw the Pokémon on a piece of paper then took a picture of it, then used Photoshop to add colour and shadows on to the drawing.
