  3. Receive feedback about the writing process. • Gain competence and confidence as a writer. • Leave with a more polished and professional document. Don’t wait to schedule an appointment. The more time you have for revisions, the better your writing will be. Reasons to Visit the HCTC

You will schedule your appointment online. • You will discuss your work with and receive feedback fromour tutors, who are engineering students with strong writing skills. • You can bring in any academic or professional writing or communication: lab reports, research papers, poster presentations, resumes, cover letters, thank you letters, Rhetoric papers, speeches, etc. • You can visit us at any stage of the writing process. How does an appointment work?

  5. Your appointment is saved in our system. If you require proof of your visit, let your tutor know. We can send the relevant appointment data to your professor, TA, etc. If you would like further help, make another appointment. We would be happy to see you again! What happens after an appointment?
