  2. The Big Health Plan needs to be updated.

  3. Develop a special plan for working together for healthy weight for adults with Learning Disability

  4. Check how PCT is doing with ‘Big Health Check Up’ day actionsIncluding DES, health checks and black books.

  5. Annual health checks:2011-12 = 305 checks(2010-11 = 214 checks)91 more checks this yearapprox 48 failed appointments793 on GP LD registerDES coverage is only 45% at best

  6. Not enough GP’s have joined the scheme.Wethink it should be national requirement for all GP’s and not a choice.

  7. It will take a long time for checks to be a ‘must do’ for GP’s.Meanwhile commissioners need to think more about paying other services to provide health checks.

  8. It is important to have good links with new commissioners.The Good Health Subgroup needs to change, as the NHS changes.

  9. The New Big Health Plan needs to fit with the other plans for Bromley.It will be ready for the LDPB to agree by the end of 2012.
