  7. Claims Process Step 2: Reimbursement Claims Upon approval of claim, Reflect Geophysical will reimburse you via the payroll system *Note: All claims must be reported within 60 days. Timeline: Upon receipt of claim form and relevant documents by post, claims shall be reimbursed within two pay cycles.
