All About 3797Level 1 • Just to clear this up, ‘3797’ is NOT the name of a Boeing aeroplane. The figure ‘3797’ is just a course code, so relax and don’t worry about it!!! • What you DO need to know is that this course is a qualification all about ‘Preparing for Employment’. The activities you will undertake should arm you with essential survival skills for the workplace and life in general. “So, what do I have to do to get the qualification?” Well, it’s like the old saying “you get out what you put in”. Under the supervision of your 3797 tutor you will build up a portfolio of evidence that will be handed-in to an examiner at the end of your time on the E2E programme. If you put in the effort & attend all timetabled sessions then you will stand a really good chance of completing the full 3797 qualification. The certificate proves to employers that you are capable of working at Level 1 (up to a Grade D at GSCE level)!
