  4. RMA Web (eService) • OBJECTIVE : 幫助User可以很快判斷出 WARRANTY Status • USER :CCD /RMA • STATUS : 目前已經產生了219筆RMA號碼

  5. LTB Project (eService) • OBJECTIVE : 1.透過採購人員 / CCD /MME 在 eservice 系統的資料輸入 , 並查詢到 SAP 的資料 ,可以有效控管材料的庫存或及時的 採購避免缺料 . 2.有效釐清各部門的 R&R ,快速解決庫存積壓或缺料問題 • USER : purchaser, CCD , MME • STATUS :

  6. FIWH-Support Location Project(BI) • OBJECTIVE : • Receive SAP and ATS Inventory daily • Generate BI reports automatically • Send ATS AIR doc to ATS • Build maintain KPI WEB platform • 監控庫存狀況 控制成本 • USERS : MME • STATUS:

PCBA Project(BI) • OBJECTIVE : 1) Showing slow moving PCBA by model/SKU/P/N weekly. --- PCBA staid in SMT over 7manufacturing/working days. 2) Each slow moving PCBA’ s QTY trend chart. --- With past 10 weekly data’s trend chart, with upper control limit line 3) Tracking system to monitor each factory assigned SMT manager’s report. --- Escalation function when report delayed over 2 days --- Improvement or corrective action should be ready on the report. --- System automatically forward to relative operation director by weekly. --- GM office’s VP level managers receive the report once a month • User :SMT • Status : (至 11/20 為止的資料)
