Data and ReportsConvicted Felon Notification • History: • January 2006 AOC begins automatically reporting to OSOS through SCOMIS • Answer ID 1531: Restoring voting rights to convicted felons – the Madison Memorandum Decision and current status. • Documentation: • Answer ID 1439: How the Secretary of State’s office is notified about felony convictions/restoration of voting rights. • Answer ID 1449: Docket entries transmitted to the Secretary of State for Convicted Felon Notifications. • Court Resources/Manuals/SCOMIS Manual/Convicted Felon Notification. • Court Resources/Manuals/SCOMIS Manual/Prepare SCOMIS Labels & Reports/Convicted Felon Report.

  5. Data and ReportsConvicted Felon Notification • Procedures put into place: • AOC transmits convicted felon information nightly to OSOS, based on specific Docket codes entered in SCOMIS. This includes ALL of the report options available on the Convicted Felon and Restoration of Voter’s Rights Report page of the Inside Courts Web site. • On a regular basis, each superior court prepares a report selecting ALL of the report options and emails the resulting PDF document to its County Auditor. • On a monthly basis, each superior court prepares a report selecting the FIRST FOUR report options and emails the resulting PDF document to the Department of Licensing (DOL) at this address: firearms@DOL.wa.gov, with the subject line reading, for example: “Adams County March Firearm Report.”

  15. Data and Reports –DMS:Decision Management System When you have a change request for a JIS application: • Access the Decision Management System (DMS): Judicial Info System (JIS)/Decision Mgmt System on Inside Courts. • Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.
