Impact of PARP Inhibition on DNA Content in HCT116+3 Cells

This study examines the effects of PARP inhibition on cell number and DNA content in HCT116+3 cell lines. The experiment contrasts control conditions and those treated with PARP inhibitors (PARPi) to evaluate the changes in cellular proliferation and genomic stability. Results from Figure S2 illustrate the variations in DNA content associated with treatment, providing insights into the mechanisms of action of PARP inhibitors in colorectal cancer cells. Understanding these changes is crucial for advancing cancer treatment strategies.
