  1. ESTRAIAMO LA CLOROFILLA DALLE FOGLIE Un semplice esperimento in classe CLASSI III F – G a. s. 2 009 – 2 010

  2. Procuriamoci un mortaio da cucina e inseriamovi delle foglie verdi tagliuzzate a pezzetti con le mani.

  3. Schiacciamole con il pestello aggiungendo una piccola quantità di alcool naturale (va benissimo quello per liquori).

  4. Continuiamo a schiacciare le foglie con il pestello e lasciamo decantare il tutto per qualche minuto.

  5. Versiamo l’alcool dal mortaio in un bicchiere trasparente, usando un colino, in modo da eliminare i frammenti di foglia rimasti.

  6. Osserviamo nel bicchiere un liquido di colore verde dovuto alla clorofilla sciolta nell’ acqua. I frammenti di foglia invece appaiono più chiari.
