  2. The Idea • Qik Transit is a mobile application • Thegoal is to simplify travel. • Qik Transitcontains the following: • Countdown Clock (based on flight or train info) • Weather (current and destination locations) • Connecting Transportation (Cabs, buses, etc.)

  3. The Target Audience EVERYONE That Travels!

  4. What does it look like? When a user initiates the application, they are prompted to allow the system to use their location

  5. What does it look like? • There will be three icons on the home screen • Destination Timer • Weather Forecast • Local Transit

  6. What does it look like? • The destination timer counts down until the user’s selected departure • The timer displays as a banner at the top of the screen.

  7. What does it look like? • The weather forecast subsystem will allow the user to search for locations or use current location

  8. What does it look like? • The transit location system will resemble Google maps on the iPhone. • Symbols will represent subway terminals, bus stations, and cab stations on a visual map.

  9. What does it look like? • The user will be able to purchase a subway ticket directly from the terminal website.
