  3. Open from 11:37am to 11:37pm • We’re open for 12 hours in the day which consisting of two six hour shifts in the day for our employees • We employ ten employees, five cooks, and two hosts per shift

  4. Costumers • We expect 4,500/ week • Averaging out 643/ day • Consisting of the average 54 costumers an hour

  5. Pay • $7.25 for the waiters and waitresses • $8.00 for each of the cooks • $7.25 for each hosts

  6. Paying 20 servers a day - $870 • 140 servers a week - $6,090 • Paying 10 cooks a day - $480 • 70 cooks a week - $3,360 • Paying 4 hosts a day - $174 • 28 hosts a week - $1,218 • Employees pay daily - $1,524.00 • Employees pay yearly- $512,064.00

  7. Profit • Profit margin per customer is $9.50 • $2,199,060/ year • What we will be paying for our products a year - $606,186 • We will profit after paying our staff - $1,080,810
