This workshop aims to deepen participants' understanding of the policy process as it relates to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Egypt. It will cover theoretical frameworks, practical tools, and strategic planning methods over three days. Participants will identify specific problems in SME policy, explore existing policy tools, and work collaboratively to create personal action plans for evidence-based policymaking. The workshop also emphasizes the role of political and socio-economic contexts, and how these influences shape effective policy development and implementation.
