  3. How Are we Doing? What are the current numbers? What is the trend? How can we impact this? Learn how to use Microsoft Excel to create charts and graphs.

  4. What Should You Measure? What Results to Report? Focus on a few key elements to track. Measure your REACH and how it is growing or decreasing: - How many people read your blog posts? Comments? - How many people follow you on social media? Measure your search engine success: - How many of my keywords are on page 1 of Google? Measure your conversions: - How many new leads (converted on one of your offers)? Measure revenue: - How many new customers? How much new revenue?
