Conclusions • A professional site is not necessarily a well designed site • OCNSKids.com site is “vanilla”… no need to fix, rebuild from scratch • Layout and alignment are important • Search box should be a must have • User testing helps to validate design • User testing is not easy (especially with friends and family) • “More is not better”

  17. Recommendations • Develop a web proto type based on the wire frame layout • Conduct additional user testing on the proto-type site • For simple informational, use links to limit below the fold scrolling
