  2. HealthCare • For 59 years, Crisp Regional Hospital has served the medical needs of the area. The present facility opened its doors in 1990 and has completed may expansions over the past years. • ICU Expansion (13 Million Expansion) • Two Nursing Homes • Rehabilitation Center • Dialysis Center • ER Expansion (8 Million Expansion)

  3. Crisp Regional Hospital is a government run acute care hospital accredited by the Joint Commission and licensed with 73 inpatient beds. • 30 patient rooms in the South Wing • 19 patient rooms in the North Wing • 16 ICU rooms • 8 Labor, Delivery & Post Partum rooms • 15 ER Rooms

  4. Mission Statement Our Mission is to provide appropriate quality care and assistance in maintaining good health in an efficient and caring manner to all who need our services as near to their home as possible.

  6. 1946 – Hospital Authority Created 1952 – Crisp County Hospital Opens 1990 – Crisp Regional Hospital Opens

  7. 2008 – New ICU Expansion • 28,000-square-foot expansion contains: • 16-bed ICU unit and waiting room • ICU Classroom • A new Medical Records department • A physicians' work area.

  8. Emergency Room • 12,000 square foot expansion • 15 Rooms, 17 beds • New Equipment • Touch Screen Cardiac Monitors • Rapid Infuser • McGrath Mac Laryngoscope • 2 Trauma Stretchers • EZ-IO • New Call System

  9. Emergency Medical Services • Crisp County EMS • Wilcox County EMS

  10. Trauma Designation YOURCrisp Regional Hospital is now Level Three Trauma Designated

  11. Crisp Regional Health Services and Crisp County School System are the two largest Employers in Crisp County

  13. How does CRHS help? • CRHS helps pay the salary for the Athletic Trainer at CCHS ( 75% of the cost) • Provides free Athletic Physicals in the Spring for all Sports • Helped raise money to place two AED Defibrillator Devices at each school in Crisp County
