  2. Habitat Dwarf Crocodiles live in West Africa. It prefers slow moving waters while avoiding major water.

  3. Adaption # 1 There eyes are placed high on head to enable the Dwarf Crocodile to see over the water line while keeping its body subemerged. It also helps them to hunt from under water.

  4. Adaption # 2 Special see through coverings go over the animals eyes during struggles. It helps them protect their eyes in struggles.

  5. Extra Information Dwarf crocodiles lay about 20 eggs at a time in a nest. The mounds are made of vegetation.
