Pearl Marina • Pearl Marina development, a 300 acre prime property on the Garuga Peninsula, is owned by Pearl Marina Estates Limited, a member of Centum Investment Group • The property will be developed as a premium integrated water front destination and resort town and a premier Uganda tourism asset. • Through trade, investment and the creation of thousands of employment opportunities in construction, real estate and tourism, the development will make a significant contribution to socio–economic development in the region • The development provides premium tourism and residential facilities including hotels, conference facilities, luxury apartments, villas, a golf course, marinas, hospital, international school, modern office park and a retail centre • The development is scheduled to break ground in Q2-2014

  5. Master Plan • The development will integrate: • hotels, conference facilities, residential apartments, villas, golf course, marina, hospital, international school, modern office park and a retail centre • The total built up area is 650,000 M² when completed
