Biography Daniel A. Weiss is a well-established attorney in South Florida. He has brought 25 years of city, county and local government law experience to his partnership at Tannebaum Weiss, LLP. Dan is an active member in the community and has received numerous awards. Dan holds a BA and a M.S.M from Florida International University, and a J.D. from University of Miami Law School. Dan has more than 70 published opinions to his credit including 55 property tax opinions, is co-author of the Florida Tax Service 2d, “Agriculture and Other Classified Properties” with Matthew Bender, and a lecturer on property taxation for the National Business Institute. Florida Trend Magazine featured Dan as one of the top 1.6% of “Florida’s Legal Elite” in 2004.
