  1. 1. Focus on Construction Companies which are also involve in providing Training. • Link up TPs with Industry which do not have their own Training systems. • Control the process of Standards in the beginning and Assessments at the end • Validate Skills Training projects received from Industry with Training Provider. • Recommend the project to MoRD for funding through NSDC. KEY STAKE HOLDERS Integration Model with MoRD • 1. Apprise NSDC about MoRD Skilling Schemes both at state & center level • Allocate numbers sector wise and get it vetted for employment by NSDC • Allocate /earmark funds taking in to account numbers and sectors after due deliberation with NSDC. . MoRD • Liaison with MoRD, Sector Skills Councils, Corporate & Industry Players. • Brain storm with SSCs and firm up the Skilling numbers & Funds required. • Revert back to MoRD with firm Skilling numbers and funds requirement • Facilitate funding process to Training Providers (TPs) & Industry through SSCs. NSDC Sector Skill Council Training Provider (TP) 1. Overall delivery & Management of the project 2. Tie up with employer Industry . 3. Undertake all Operational expenses from the funds received from MoRD. 4. Hand holding of trained worker at least for three months by providing monetary incentive through employer by sharing the funds partially with employer. Corporate & Industry 1. Have Close liaison & tie up with TPs & CSDCI for Training requirements, Trainers, Re-skilling and HR productivity issues. 2. Absorption of trained manpower
