1. DocuShare & AACSB Docushare is being used as a data respository and collaborative file sharing system for the AACSB project.

2. AACSB & DocuShare • Data that resides on DocuShare can be accessed from • Web Browser • The DocuShare Windows client

3. DocuShare - Web Browser • Go to http://docushare.sunyit.edu

4. Login Options • Guest on DocuShare • Allows public access – any documents that are NOT restricted are readable by anyone • Registered user (DocuShare or SitNet) • Allows access to specific files

5. SitNet Login You will login as a Registered SITNet user On the login page, enter your • SITNet username • SITNet password • Select the SitNet domain from the drop down box • Click GO

6. My Docushare • The username changes to your SITNet username and the new collection “My Docushare” appears

7. AACSB Collection • The AACSB Collection is located in SUNY Institute of Technology School of Business collection
