  7. Pre-Apprenticeship Program WRTP / BIG STEP John Anderson (414) 937-3624 janderson@wrtp.org • 92 local apprentices who attended pre-apprentice training via WRTP/BIGSTEP performed over 30,000 hours on District construction projects
