FY 2018 Review --Accomplishments • Communications • Class transitioned from newsletters to quarterly conference calls with on-line presentations -- notices of meetings emailed, or snail mailed if we have no email address • Calls held July 11, November 15, February 20, May 15 • Quarterly Class Activity Reports prepared for each call • Annual report developed and issued • 6 Class Notes columns published in DAM , with 89 mentions of 44 different Classmates • One final newsletter mailed • Class www site updated regularly with quarterly activity reports, annual report, photo galleries, info about reunions, links to obituaries • All classmates invited to all conference calls and meetings

FY 2018 Review --Accomplishments • Reunions and meetings • 6 day OOH mini reunion at cooking school in Italy in June • 4 day October Homecoming mini at M R Lodge, Hanover, Pierce’s, Griffiths’ • 3 day OOH mini at 1965 cabin in Feb • 17 micro mini reunions (breakfasts) in Hanover and FL • Other micro mini’s in FL (spring training game), SC (golfing), Vail • Class meeting at Pierce’s in Etna in October • Included Class of 1964 in the fall mini and Hanover breakfasts • Planning meeting at Webster’s in July

FY 2018 Review --Accomplishments (ctd) • Financial • Cash balance averaged about $68k • Supported five programs: first-year trips; Native American; Baker Library; athletic trips; and 1965 Bunkhouse winter trips • 42% participation in dues payers (254 paid), vs. goal of 45% • $362k raised in D Fund program, compared to goal of $350k • 2 Classmates & D initiated $100 contribution to D for each late dues payer • Generate modest cash by selling Passion for Snow-DVD and Passion for Skiing -- Book • Significant progress on BTS target for 2020

  6. FY 2018 Review --Accomplishments (ctd) • Projects • Stu Keiller completed the MRL conference room funding project • Steve Waterhouse passed away. He had been the Class projects leader for many years (original 1965 bunkhouse, Passion for Snow/Skiing, CarniVail, Pierce’s as mini reunion HQ, D Dedicated Alumni, Rauner funding, et al). • Class needs to define project for 55th reunion • Other • Adopted Bill Young as a ’65 • Implemented Land’s End logo program • Significant volunteering in the Upper Valley -- 5 College Book sale, Winter Carnival snow sculpture, information booth, town gov’t • Bill Webster held annual reception for canoe trip to the Atlantic • All reports filed on time – tax returns, CAR, College financial report
