CATV/xDSL WG panel

The working group (WG) aims to develop comprehensive guidelines for IPv4 address assignment for CATV/xDSL services. Following a consensus, member applications exceeded expectations, leading to 14 total participants. The goal is to draft a proposal advocating consistent practices across regions and promote educational efforts. Key issues include the number of assigned addresses, database registration policies, and evaluating requests. A panel discussion will cover current policies, proposed strategies, and the WG's future actions, culminating in a draft proposal ahead of the upcoming APNIC meeting.
