Backgammon Rules (partial) • A player may double when it is their turn to throw. • If a player throws a double, the numbers are used twice. • If a player cannot use either number thrown on the dice, the player’s turn ends. • A point is a blot iff it is occupied by a single stone. • A player may not bear a stone off if they have stones outside their home board. • If a stone has been borne off, it cannot be returned to the game.
