Modular Employable Scheme • No. Of Batches Completed : 20. • No. Of Trainees Trained : 181. • No. Of Batches Going on : 16. • The main objective of the scheme is to provide employable skills to school leavers, existing workers, ITI graduates. • Central government will facilitate and promote training while industry, private sector and State Governments will train the persons. • Successful persons will be awarded certificates issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). • The essence of the scheme is in the certification that will be nationally and internationally recognized .

  26. eMPOWER Training Scheme • eMPOWER (Electronic Manpower) is an unique programme • for youth of Gujarat to impart primary training in Computer and • Information Technology. • Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Naredrabhai Modi Inaugurated the • eMPOWER Training Scheme on 4th July, 2012 at Mahatma Mandir, • Gandhinagar. • The Fee structure for the entire course is Rs. 50.ST / SC / • BPL / Women /Physically handicapped are exempted from fees. • Online registration and Offline registration facility is available. • Training Models for Candidates: • Model 1- 20 days Module- Daily 2 hrs training • Model 2 - 1 week Module- Daily 7 hrs training • Model 3 - Morning/ Evening Module- Early morning and late evening training • Model 4 - Weekend Modules- Daily 7 hrs training • Model 5 - Certification after assessment to those having Computer literacy

  38. Seminar of Climate Change & Environment Management Mr. Pandit (Dy. Forest Conservator ) highlighted about Climate Change and Effects of Globle Worming upon all over the World. Importants of Tree Plantation and Maintenance . Tips on conservation of fores t and how IT I trainees can be helpful in maintaining Environment.Mr. Anil Purohit (Asst Project Executive ,GEDA ) explained about the energy sources , solar energy , conservation of energy, energy saving, energy audit and related topics also he appealed to ITI trainees to convey the message of energy saving to others.

  39. Blood Donation Camp • Blood Donation camp was organized on Dated 13/09/2010. • Motivation camp was organized with the help of Shri M. C. Trivedi • 50 bottles were collected from staff members & trainees.

Workshop & Rally on Energy saving • Rally was organized on 14 Dec 2010 for Energy Saving on “World Energy Conservation Day. • Energy club at ITI Saraspur is established with the help of CEE. • 5 staff members & 42 trainees are actively working as energy club members . • Energy Conservation Exhibition room is prepared by Energy Club Members at ITI Saraspur. • Energy Club members visited Science City as a study tour.

Special Facilities completed by trainees as a part of training To Provide multi skill of training and minimum expenditure for maintenance & manufacturing & to get desire best quality, we have developed conference room , IMC room ,library by the trainee of fitter , carpenter , welder, painter, wireman, electrician trades. We have done pvc flooring , furniture manufacturing like as reading table, chair assembling , other carpentry work , electrification work , fabrication & fitting work , color work etc. by trainee as a part of training Conference Room Library IMC Room
