  2. Description The size of the average gorilla is up to 6 feet tall. The weight is 300 to 425 pounds. The fully adult male mountain gorilla is twice as large as the female.

  3. Habitat The habitat is dense rain forest. The habitat is also the cool, misty forests that cover volcanos. Most mountain gorillas live high in the mountains- above 11,500 feet ( 35 05 m)!

  4. Diet Gorillas eat such as leaves, flowers, fruits, bamboo shoots, and roots. The gorilla also eats a few insects and worms. They also eat termites, ants, and grubs.
