Imaging Fibers • Medical Imaging Fibers • Uses a collection of evenly distributed core and cladding layers • Each core acts as an individual pixel • Anderson Localization Fibers • Have Randomly distributed core-cladding layers • Due to the “Anderson Localization phenomena, light will localize during propagation • Experimental Fiber, High Attenuation

  3. Results • Medical Imaging Fiber successfully localized photons and preserved entanglement • Anderson Localization fiber had too much internal attenuation (~1dB/cm) for successful measurements Anderson Localization Fiber Medical Imaging Fiber
