Safety Training หลักสูตรสำหรับพนักงานขับรถ SCG Logistics เชื่อว่าพนักงานขับรถที่มีความรู้ และทักษะการขับขี่รถที่ดี ย่อมทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดปลอดภัย ดังนั้นจึงกำหนดว่า พนักงานขับทุกคนต้องผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรการขับขี่ปลอดภัยเบื้องต้น (Safety Driving Course :SDC) ก่อนปฏิบัติงาน และอบรมทบทวน ปีละ 2 ครั้ง หลักสูตรสำหรับผู้บริหารขนส่ง, จป.ผู้ขนส่ง SCG Logistics จัดหลักสูตรอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยฯ (จป.) ระดับบริหาร และระดับหัวหน้างาน ให้กับผู้ขนส่ง เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ขนส่ง มีการดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายความปลอดภัย และให้มีการนำความรู้ไปใช้ในการควบคุมการทำงานเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ
