Seeing the same faces at every meeting time and time again. • Greater interest from membership in becoming involved with the Board of Governors. • Larger range of topics at “Back to the Basics” meetings. Overall great feedback on the attendee’s about the quality and worth of material

Akron Canton Chapter 090 Challenges & Solutions • More involvement from the Engineering Community • Encourage Young Engineers to attend meetings and join the board • Establish Student Branches at Local Universities • Student members are signing up, just need to provide a board contact to coordinate • Extend beyond our standard group of meeting attendee’s • Diversify meeting times and locations. Bigger push prior to meetings
