This poster presents research findings on the effects of circadian rhythms on human health in space environments. The study investigates physiological responses and the implications of disrupted sleep patterns while in orbit. Using data collected from astronauts and simulations, we explore potential strategies to mitigate negative health impacts, including adaptive lighting and sleep schedule adjustments. Our results highlight the importance of maintaining circadian synchronization to ensure optimal performance and well-being in extreme environments.
