ELABORACION DEL PLAN INDICATIVO En términos normativos con respecto a los Planes Indicativos (PI),el artículo 29 de la Ley 152 de 1994 establece que todos losorganismos de la administración pública nacional, con base en los lineamientos del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo y de las funciones que determine la Ley, deben elaborar un Plan Indicativo Cuatrienal, con planes de acción anuales, que se constituirán en la base para la posterior evaluación de resultados. Por analogía, tal como se establece en el Artículo 36 de la misma Ley, las entidades territoriales también deben elaborar sus respectivos planes indicativos cuatrienales. PLANEACION
