  8. Car, Gar, Zar • Special ending is only in “yo” form • Car verbs- drop the AR ending and “c” becomes qué • Gar verbs- drop the AR ending and “g”becomesgué • Zar verbs- drop the AR ending and “z” becomes cé

  10. Object pronouns • Lo, La, Los, Las • Used to replace an object or person already talked about in the previous sentence(s). • It is like using “it” in English. • Ex. Ella compróel regalo. • Ella locompró. • Ex. No miréa Julia. • No la miré

  11. Iry Ser Preterit • Ir and Ser have the same conjugation in the preterit. • Yofui • Túfuiste • Él/Ella fue • Nosotrosfuimos • Vosotrosfuisteis • Ellos/Ellasfueron
