  2. Need or Problem • People do not like to do chores around the house • When they do chores, like vacuuming, they don’t do a good job

  3. Solution • A robot vacuum cleaner that does the chore on its own

  4. How it works • Roomba drives itself around the room, vacuuming the floor as it goes • Roomba creates a map of the room to use for navigation

  5. Technical Specifications • Spinning brushes • Vacuum • Mechanical object sensors (bumper) • Infrared receiver
