Compliments are passed along to your cleaners, everything else is discretely corrected. We believe that delivering the best clean starts with our employees, and that's why we pay our cleaners a higher wage than our competition and create a family environment where we see our staff every single day. Currently we only hire about one out of 150 applicants (less than 1%). From there, we put them through an intensive interview process followed by 30 days of training before they are trusted in your home.
