Science Project on Water Testing by HS Zwentendorf Year 7 Students

In a hands-on science project, seventh-grade students from HS Zwentendorf engaged in various tests on highly contaminated water. The project aimed at filtering the water, analyzing nitrite levels, measuring hardness, and determining pH values. Using a color chart, the children learned to assess water quality through practical experience. Groups worked collaboratively, with Richard, Gerhard, and Sabine focusing on testing nitrate content. The project concluded with a presentation of test results, promoting discussion and knowledge sharing among the participants.
