  2. What is it? • Disney, is an American nationally known media corporation in Walt Disney Studios, Burbank, California, United States. It is the largest media group in the world in terms of revenue. This company was founded on October 16, 1923, by Walt and Roy Disney as the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio. • In 1986, The Walt Disney Company expanded its company by starting different divisions focused on theatre, radio, music, publishing, and online media.

Disney • Walt Disney: • December 5, 1901 • Died of lung cancer • A quote from him: “Mickey Mouse popped out of my mind onto a drawing pad 20 years ago on a train ride from Manhattan to Hollywood” • Roy O.
