The Fellowship Program in Environmental Systems Engineering offers a unique combination of a graduate degree in environmental systems engineering (focusing on water, wastewater, and solid waste), operator certification, and an internship with a U.S. service provider. This initiative not only aims to recruit graduates from international universities but also assists in placement back in their home countries, promoting the development of similar programs globally. Students are required to satisfy standard admission criteria and commit to working in the water and sanitation sector for at least one year post-graduation.
