  3. Recycling • Aluminum , Plastic, Glass, Paper • Batteries • Cardboard • Glycol • Tires • Motor Oil • Cooking Oil • Scrap Metal • Florescent tubes • Printer Cartridges

  4. Integrated Pest Management • Biological controls • Habitat modification • Cultural controls • Use of pesticides as a last resort

  5. No Idling Policy • Concentrating on delivery and work vehicles

  6. LEED Certifications • LEED Certified Buildings • -17 on Marietta Campus 3 Gold Certified-The Commons Dining Hall; Prillaman Hall; Science Lab Bldg.

  7. Green Cleaning • Green cleaning program initiated at KSU 6 years ago • Ongoing process due to consolidation and updating finishes

  8. Alternate Fuels/Energy Sources • 2 solar panel installations • 3 bi fuel vehicles (approx 4%) • 90% emergency generators are natural gas not diesel • Sub Metered 68% of buildings 2012 • New construction includes sub meters • Marietta campus sub metered for natural gas • Charging stations
