SIDPERS (Data Load) FTPSite SIDPERS Awards, Hsdasf Hsdosf, Hsdspff Lsdb, hsdsplf UPS Extracts TwinEngines Applications CMS Loader All applications use the organizational data loaded through this interface for security purposes. Discharges, OER, and NCOER use the personnel data loaded from this interface. In Fall 2006, personnel data will be loaded directly from SIDPERS and the CMS database will no longer be used.

SIDPERS (Linked Servers) SIDPERS SQL Server TwinEngines Applications • TwinEngines Applications log into SQL Server as cmsuser • SQL Server maps cmsuser account to a valid SIDPERS Oracle Account (see SQL Enterprise Manager->Security->Linked Servers->SIDPERS->Properties->Security) • SQL Server logs into SIDPERS and executes distributed queries • Results returned to TwinEngines Applications • In Fall 2006, all applications will be converted to use this method.

AITS SIDPERS SQL Server TwinEngines Applications • TwinEngines Applications log into SQL Server as cmsuser • SQL Server maps cmsuser account to a valid AITS Oracle Account (see SQL Enterprise Manager->Security->Linked Servers->AITS>Properties->Security) • SQL Server logs into AITS and executes distributed queries • Results returned to TwinEngines Applications
