The Research Sub-Committee, chaired by David Zandvliet, is dedicated to identifying, nurturing, and disseminating ESD research to various groups. The committee has conducted meetings and teleconferences to plan international, national, and local research initiatives focusing on sustainable development and education. Through collaboration with organizations like IISD, NSERC, and LSF, the committee aims to report on ESD practices and curriculum, assess conferences, and promote knowledge sharing.
