What you are responsible for • Spending money for optional excursions, free time activities, and souvenirs ($25-$50 per day) • Tips for your tour director, bus driver and local guides (around $10 per day) • Departure fee fluctuations (finalized 30 days prior to departure) • Passport and/or visa fees • Transportation to and from the airport (arranged through Pocono Limo) • Baggage fees (if applicable) • Tour Group T-shirts

Paying for your tour Student Price • Price of Tour: $3360 • Monthly Payment: $374 • Enrollment Fee – Reserve a Spot: $95 Pay in full (minus Departure Fees) or use our Monthly Payment Plan • Automatic deductions each month • No late fees Adult Price Supplement $375 ONLY $12 A DAY Enroll by Sept 30th to get the most manageable, lowest monthly payment.

  14. Paying for your tour Fundraising is available to help defray the cost of the trip. Students fundraising should expect to pay for at least part of their trip. Sign up today and pay $240 ($95 enrollment fee & $145 Insurance) Balance = $3120 Each Gertrude Hawk Box of Candy gives a student $19.20 off the cost of their trip. To fund the $3120 a student would need to sell 163 boxes of chocolate or 18 boxes a month or 4-5 boxes a week. (for 9 mths) Fundraising Ideas are welcome Enroll by Sept 30th to get the most manageable, lowest monthly payment.

  15. Fundraising Students fundraising must submit a permission slip and a $30 deposit to cover the cost of their first box of candy. Each box of candy contains 48 $1 candy bars. The student should bring all money to Ms. Turner in room 307. As a student sells multiple boxes they should bring the money for one box to Ms. Turner when pick up the next box. It is the responsibility of the student to make sure their candy and money are secure and safe at all times. Administration, the school district and Ms. Turner are not responsible for lost or stolen money/candy. Students are fundraising for the trip to Rome and Athens. In the case that a student needs to back out of the trip for any reason, the money raised by that student becomes part of the group fund. Fundraising Ideas are welcome
