  1. Development of measurement procedure for the application of magnetic nanoparticles in surgery DatzDániel Tutor: AntalGasparics PhD PázmányPéter Catholic University Faculty of Information Technology

  2. Radiopharmaceuticals

  3. NANOMAGDYE: The marker • Phosphonate coupling agent stabilizes pH at 4.7 -> blood. • Simple experiment for biocompatibility • Synthesis with microbubbles -> ultrasound contranst agent

  4. NANOMAGDYE: The probe • Magnetic and optical sensor built together • Fluxset sensor: soft magnetic core, two coils: driving and pickup coil • No intrinsic magnetic field: excited with a third coil: excitation coil • Nanoparticles need very strong excitation: differential excitation

  5. Measurements on low velocities

  6. Measurements on hand movement speed

  7. Conclusion • At low velocities there are no significant distorting effects • At higher velocities the distorting effects are at most 10-15% of the maximum amplitude • The probe is completely capable of the measurements it was designed to do • Simulation of the measurements • Algorithm for signal source localization E-mail: datzdaniel@gmail.com Thank you for your attention!
