Welcome to the Parma City Schools Middle School Scholastic Athletics Program! Led by Principal Raymond Rockwell and Asst. Principal Sun Choe, we offer competitive sports including Football, Volleyball, Cheerleading, Cross Country, Basketball, Wrestling, and Track. Eligibility requires a minimum 1.0 GPA and passing grades in classes. Student athletes must demonstrate good behavior and commitment, with structured practice schedules. Ensure your child is prepared for a rewarding athletic experience while developing sportsmanship, fitness, and teamwork.

8th Grade Competition! • All 8th graders are Officially Parma Redmen • Uniform Fee will vary per sport • All 8th graders will be transported to Shiloh for practice/games on a daily basis • All 8th graders will need new uniforms • Some games will be played at high school • Much to still work out

Football Practice begins Monday, July 30th @ 7:45AM MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL FORM SIGNED along with $75.00 TO PARTICIPATE AT PRACTICE!!!! Arrange rides ahead of time

VOLLEYBALL • Begins August 6th • 1st day will be drills and skills • 2nd/3rd day will be try-outs and cuts • Information will be available when coaches are set on line • Need physical and P-Y-P fee to try out
Cross-Country • Brand new to Parma • Run through many settings (parks, trails) • race is 2 miles (H.S. 3.1) • Begins Aug 6th but will have summer running
Cheerleading • Try-outs have taken place • Can do fundraising for fee • Fall and winter teams • Coach will continue to communicate with you
