This study explores the effects of LKB1 on U2OS cells subjected to oxidative stress via hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) treatment (200 µM). The experiments examine phosphorylated p38 (pho-p38-T180/182) levels in response to H2O2 and the antioxidant N-acetylcysteine (NAC) (5 mM). The findings provide insights into the signaling pathways activated by LKB1 in response to oxidative stress, contributing to our understanding of cellular responses to damage and potential mechanisms for cancer therapy.
