  2. Since our Last Meeting New changes identified and/or deleted

Changes to Scope • The proposed revisions to the MPSA have been expanded to: • Combine the two versions of MPSA (Attachments A ansd A-1 of the Tariff); and • Eliminate a list of unexecuted MPSAs in Attachment E to the Tariff that: • Has not been updated in some time; • Duplicates a listing reported to FERC quarterly (EQR).

  4. Changes to Process • MPSA and Exhibit E Changes require TC Review. • Discussion is scheduled for the May 24th TC; • A vote will be requested at the June TC meeting • These changes should not extend the current schedule . • The Participants Committee vote would likely be in August 2012. • ISO requests a vote at today’s Markets Committee meeting; • The Section III.12 changes are on the May 15th Reliability Committee agenda; • Presuming a June Transmission Committee vote, the entire package ought to be on the Consent Agenda for Participants Committee action in August.
